What you will be able to do

  • Write a decision note from several documents and check it citation by citation.
  • Steer Copilot over several turns to get the right version without rewriting everything.
  • Spot an outdated figure and find the dated source that counts.
  • Check a table in Excel with a control column and a chart.
  • Build an agent limited to a single source and test it before sharing it.
  • Save your best prompts and reuse them.
  • Chain Outlook, Word and PowerPoint to prepare a meeting end to end.
  • Check who has access to a document before quoting it outside the company.

The method

One request = one objective, one context, one source, clear expectations: the O·C·S·A method. At advanced level, we add checking: every figure has a dated source, every cited document has an authorised audience.

Module outline

Sequence by sequence, timed.

  1. 01A01 — A decision note from three sources.
  2. 02A02 — Steer Copilot turn by turn.
  3. 03A03 — Catch Copilot out on a figure.
  4. 04A04 — Excel: check expense reports.
  5. 05A05 — Build your agent in a few clicks.
  6. 06A06 — Keep your best prompts.
  7. 07A07 — A committee prepared in four apps.
  8. 08A08 — Seeing is not sharing.

The habits

  1. 1

A decision note gets checked, citation by citation.

  2. 2

    One turn, one instruction.

  3. 3

One figure = one dated source.

  4. 4

One agent = one job, one source, written limits.

  5. 5

    Seeing is not sharing.

The prompt library

  • Write a decision note for the committee based on /document and my emails about the project: the question to decide, two options with their pros and risks, and your recommendation. Cite your sources.
  • Keep this outline and write only the risks section.
  • Quote the exact sentence and the document this figure comes from.
  • Add an “Out of policy” column that flags expenses above the limits in the expense policy.
  • Write a version of this summary for an external partner, without the amounts or people's names.
