Purpose
These terms govern the use of skillkapsul.com, published by ARKANCIA SComm (company number 1040.699.637). Access to the capsules is free and open, with no account required.
Use of the content
The capsules are published for educational purposes. You may watch them, study them and use them in the course of your work. Any commercial rebroadcast, resale or full republication without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
Paid offers
The role kit, the live workshop, the intranet licence and custom capsules are intended for businesses. Prices shown exclude VAT; they are confirmed by a quote or an ARKANCIA invoice, payable by bank transfer. Access to the kit is granted on receipt of payment, for the period stated on the invoice.
Team offering
The team offering is subject to a separate quote and contractual agreement, which take precedence over these terms for the services concerned.
Liability
The information published is educational. We use every means at our disposal to keep it accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that the interface shown in a capsule will match exactly the one you are looking at.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Hainaut, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
