What we collect

We collect only two categories of data, and only if you send them to us:

• Newsletter: your email address, the signup date and the language of the page at signup.
• Contact form: your name, email address, company, subject and message content.

Browsing the capsules requires no account and no personal data. No advertising cookie or third-party tracker is placed when simply reading the site. A single technical cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, remembers your language: it is needed for the site to work and requires no consent. Videos are served from our own server; the “Watch on YouTube” link opens youtube.com, which is subject to Google’s privacy policy.

Why, and for how long

Your email address is used solely to send the newsletter and, where relevant, to answer your request. Signups are kept until you unsubscribe; contact messages are kept for three years after the last exchange. Legal bases: your consent for the newsletter, and our legitimate interest in answering a request you send us for the contact form.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. Write to hello@skillkapsul.com: we reply within two working days. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, using the link in every send. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).

Where your data is stored

Data is stored on a server of our host Hostinger, located in Frankfurt (Germany), in the European Union. It is never sold, never rented, and never passed to third parties for advertising purposes.
