The steps

In Chat only mode, ask for a summary of the comments.

Switch to Allow editing mode.

Ask for a Theme column and a Sentiment column, with the list of themes.

Read a few rows at random.

The prompt to copy

Word for word, exactly as shown in the video.

Add a Theme column that puts each comment in exactly one of these themes: Setup, Design, Price, Advice, Refill, Delivery. Also add a Sentiment column: positive, neutral or negative.

Give the list of themes yourself: the results stay comparable.
