The method

One file, one common thread: Camille Durand prepares the Atlas pilot review for the committee. She cleans up the trade show leads, analyzes the sales, reads the reviews, checks the stock, builds the dashboard and checks what Copilot did. Filmed in Excel for the web, with a license that gives access to Copilot in Excel.

The prompt library

  • Which store had the highest revenue during the pilot? Use the Store and Amount incl. VAT columns.
  • Find duplicate leads based on the Email column, show them to me, then remove the duplicates and keep the first row.
  • Add a Margin column that calculates Amount incl. VAT minus Quantity times Unit cost.
  • Explain the formula in this cell, step by step.
  • Create a PivotTable on a new sheet: stores in rows, weeks in columns, sum of amount incl. VAT.
  • Summarize the comments: what are the main reasons customers are happy or unhappy?
