What you will be able to do
- Spot a phishing email by its four clues: sender, urgency, request for credentials, impersonal tone.
- Check a link without clicking, by reading the real domain.
- Report a suspicious email in Outlook to protect your colleagues too.
- Beat the fake boss scam by checking another way.
- Recognize a trap attachment and leave it unopened.
- Pick a strong, unique password, and see where your two-step sign-in methods are.
- Share a file with just one person, then remove a link you no longer need.
- Check for updates and install them.
The method
A day in Camille Durand’s inbox, between real Atlas project messages and four traps slipped in. Each capsule follows the same thread: the situation, the move, the result, the habit. Everything is fictional, no trap link is ever clicked, and no security setting is changed: we show where things are.

Being filmed
Eleven everyday habits: spot and report phishing, beat the fake boss scam, passwords and two-step sign-in, careful file sharing, updates
The capsules of this track are written and being filmed. The program above describes each of them.
The habits
- 1
When in doubt, don’t click and don’t reply.
- 2
To pay an invoice, use your own bookmark or your accounts team, never the link.
- 3
Don’t reply to the message. Call the person on their usual number, then report it.
- 4
Your email deserves your best password, it unlocks all your other accounts.
- 5
Sharing has an end date. Clean up at the end of every project.
The prompt library
- Report phishing: Home → Report → Report phishing.
- Plain marketing spam: Home → Report → Report junk.
